Twenty Twelve's Golden Globe red carpet was packed with starlets showing off their inner beauty wearing sexy neutral tones. Notice the simple and sexy hairstyles with bracelets and simple clutches....

M is for Mila. M is for Mesmerising. Golden Globes presenter Mila Kunis graced the red carpet with style and elegance. Showing her hollywood elders a thing or two about how to rock an off the shoulder black Christian Dior gown. Her effortless beauty was enhanced by the naked shimmery neutral eyeshadow she wore. Satin nude lips gave her a sultry glamorous look perfectly appropriate for the Golden Globes as the new face of Dior.  Chic. Stylish. Stunning. 

Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba was glowing in a strapless champagne gown by Gucci. Adorned with sparkles and diamonds from Bulgari using a cuff, drop earrings, diamond ring and chic blush-toned clutch. This sassy sexy mum glistened in nudes. Simple. Stunning. Elegant. 

Elle McPherson

Aussie sweetheart Elle Macpherson stunned the red carpet crowds in her mermaid style, figure-hugging cream Zac Posen. This gorgeous dress featured a divine tule train which gave Elle a beautiful Barbie-doll like look. Her endless cascading supermodel blonde curls were absolutely picture perfect! Elle's golden accessories were the perfect choice for this princess style ensemble. Bold, Gorgeous and Fun. Celebrity Makeup Artist Troy Jensen created Elle's gorgeous Golden Globes makeup. "This look was inspired by Elle's natural golden complexion. I used hues of gold, champagne, peach and soft taupe."

 

Salma Hayek

Salma Hayek graced the red carpet in true sultry latino style... Just like Elle her volumous curls were the highlight of her whole Golden Globes outfit. Her golden tan skin complimented her dazzling art-deco style Gucci Premiere gown. Metallics were all over the red carpet this season and Salma was radiant in Black and Gold just like a greek goddess. Accessorising her vintage inspired outfit with bold gold drop earrings and a black satin clutch - Just right. Smokey bronze eyeshadow with pink nude lips made this starlet one very sexy vixen. Meow! Vivacious. Sultry. Sexy.

Red is always glamorous no matter the decade. Think Marilyn Monroe. We can always count on our favourite stars strutting down the red carpet wearing this classic colour! Here are my Best Dressed picks.... The Ladies in Red from this year's Golden Globes! 

Angelina Jolie 

amazing in hollywood style satin chic 

Angelina Jolie! Va Va Vooom! Angelina looked absolutely divine in her classic tattoo-revealing rocker-hollywood style for this years Golden Globes. Notice the gorgeous brunette mane pulled up in an elegant twisted bun. Just perfect! She is glamorous without even trying. The mix of cream silky satin accented with a bold red panel on her dress, put Angie's red carpet style in a league of it's own! The vibrant yet subtle satin finish of her cherry red lips it's just perfection. During the awards ceremony when she was presenting, her statement red lips dazzles in gloss, they almost stole the show! Amazing. Effortless. Classic. 

Dianna Agron

Glee goddess Dianna Agron glistened and glowed in a razzle dazzle Giles Deacon lacey red gown. Notice the delicate swan cut out detailing - Wow! Just Stunning! This sassy sexy little number was paired with matte fiery red lips, warm brown eyeshadow and her signature red carpet subtle navy blue eyeliner. Hair was elegantly up and showcased her gorgeous angel cheek bones. Ravishing. Confident. Divine. 

Reese Witherspoon

Reese stunned the crowd in this sexy red Zac Posen gown. That stunning Witherspoon smile lit up the red carpet and her flawless natural beauty was complimented with naked neutral makeup. Glossy red lips, sparkling diamond cuffs, red picture-perfect polished nails and sexy wavy blonde locks complete her Golden Globe look. Timeless. Stunning. Sweet. 

Claire Danes

This sexy back-less cut out long black and white J. Mendel gown flatters Claire's slim figure. Gorgeous shimmery metallic silver detail at the back of her dress, made Ms Danes look like she was dripping in diamonds. Her sleek style complimented by classic blonde locks swept up off her face. Bold red lipstick always looks gorgeous on Claire because of her peachy perfect pale skin. Claire Danes new show Homeland won Best TV Series Drama and  Claire took home the award for Best Actress in a TV Series Drama. Claire was Elegant. Subtle. Glamorous.

When it comes to deciding on who gets the Best Dressed honours, there are 3 important elements of a perfect red carpet outfit; dress, makeup and hair. The ladies listed below got the true trifecta, all having best makeup, hair and most importantly best Dress.  

MEGAN FOX  beautiful

Megan never disappoints when it comes to Red Carpet Fashion, her style is bold, daring and always elegant. This year's Golden Globes look was no exception. Her tight figure flattering Armani Prive gown in a soft pale pink (Hollywood nicknames Blush) looked sexy and sweet at the same time. Megan looked tall and feminine at the Gold Globes tonight with her new hubby Brian Austin Green as her date. Her makeup was her classic style of sultry champagne and black smokey eyes and nude lips which were for this evening pink and shimmery. Her hair was full, glamorous soft curls pinned to one side. Her accessories complimented this dress perfectly. She was a true vision of modern glamour with a retro old hollywood spin. Beautiful. 

CARRIE UNDERWOOD  stunning

Carrie looked breath taking in this long glittery glamorous strapless Badgley Mischka gown. She looked like an absolute angel on the red carpet. Her hair was swept up and framed her face perfectly. Her makeup was simple and elegant with heavy black eyeliner, thick lashes and soft pale nude champagne lips. Sparkly drop earrings, and silver metallic clutch gave the look an added touch of class. Simply Stunning! 

 CHRISTINA AGUILERA  glamorous

Christina was sexy, glamorous, and elegant in a black and nude lacy Zuhair Murad strapless mermaid dress. The burlesque style sexy gown looks exactly like a her fragrance bottle showing off her new fabulous fuller figure. I love that Christina is following in Jessica Simpson's foot steps and embracing her curves! Her jewellery was stunning, crystal drop earrings, and her funky, edgy rings added that sexy Xtina element to her outfit. Christina's soft platinum long sexy locks were just gorgeous against her flawless skin. Her classic pin up style makeup was her signature Back to Basics Marilyn Monroe inspired black eyeliner and red matte lipstick. Glamorous! 

ANGELINA JOLIE  gorgeous

Angelina followed this year's Golden Globes trend colour by wearing a very glittery sequin Emerald Green dress by Versace. Of course in true Angelina style her makeup was her classic look of bold black liquid eyeliner and nude lips, very minimal. And when it came to accessories she doesn't need anything except a simple pair of emerald earrings and her sexy hubby Brad Pitt on her arm. I love that she always wears gowns that show off her amazing tattoos! Angie baby we love your style! Gorgeous


This year's Golden Globe awards red carpet fashion trends were bold and modern. Emerald Green gowns were worn by Angelina Jolie, Catherine Zeta Jones, and Mila Kunis. Black was a very popular choice as always on the red carpet, with Christina Aguilera, Piper Perabo, Eva Longoria, Halle Berry all looking stunning in classic black. Red, Pink and Nude was also very fashionable in Twenty Eleven with Sandra Bullock, Carrie Underwood and Scarlett Johasson wearing nude. While Megan Fox, Claire Danes, Emma Stone, Natalie Portman and Leah Michele all wearing shades of pink. Regardless of the colour or style one trend that was all over this years carpet was long floor length gowns, nearly every dress on this year's Golden Globes Red Carpet was long and glamorous.
